Durova Sandstone brings the timeless elegance of natural travertine stone into a durable, waterproof SPC floor. Soft ivory and warm grey tones flow together in gentle, veined movement, creating a soft, marbled effect that reads as authentically stone without any of the cost or complexity of a natural material.
Laid in a classic tile format with a brick-bond pattern, it delivers a clean, sophisticated finish underfoot with a subtle matte texture.
Bright and versatile, Sandstone is ideally suited to light, airy interiors — from calming bedrooms to contemporary bathrooms and hallways. Its soft neutral palette pairs effortlessly with warm wood tones, cream furnishings, and natural textures for a relaxed, spa-like feel, while also complementing crisp white schemes for a fresh, modern look.
Being 100% waterproof and built for everyday durability, it's a practical choice for bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms alike.
Fully waterproof, room to room — Install with confidence in kitchens, bathrooms and anywhere spills happen, with no risk of swelling or warping.
Built to handle real life — A scratch- and stain-resistant wear layer stands up to pets, kids, and daily foot traffic.
Comfort underfoot, quieter floors — Pre-attached underlay cushions every step and helps reduce impact noise between floors.
Fit it yourself, in a weekend — Click-lock planks need no adhesive or specialist tools, making this a straightforward project for confident DIYers.
Works with underfloor heating — Fully compatible up to 27°C, so warm floors are no problem.
Durova Flooring – Quick Installation Guide (Unidrop Fold-Down System)
1. Before You Start
Acclimatise panels in the room (in the box) for 48 hours, 14–30°C.
Check sub-floor is clean, dry, level and free of grease/glue.
Calculate area: Width × Length + 5–10% waste.
2. Laying the First Row
Lay panel 1 with grooves facing away from the starting walls.
Angle panel 2's long side into panel 1 at 20–30°, then drop down.
Angle panel 3's long side into panel 1, shift into position against panel 2, then drop down the short side and hammer to fully connect.
3. Continuing the Rows
Always stagger short-side joints by at least 30cm — avoid a "staircase" look.
Angle each new panel into the long side of the previous row (20–30°), then drop and hammer the short side to lock.
Use a tapping block on the long side if a panel can't be angled in (e.g. near a wall).
4. Cutting Edge Pieces
Measure remaining distance + expansion gap, mark, and cut.
Cut face-up with a Stanley knife, then snap.
Use offcuts to start the next row where possible.
5. Finishing
Remove the click profile edge on any panel next to a wall to allow for the expansion gap.
Place spacers against walls during install; remove once finished.
Undercut door frames/mouldings so flooring can expand underneath.
Fit skirting boards over the expansion gap to complete the room.
Key rules to remember:
Never lift, twist, or drag panels sideways to disconnect — this damages the locking profile.
Always leave an expansion gap around the room edge and between rooms.
