We will continue to operate a home delivery service, but this may be subject to slight delays and product ranges may be limited during the forthcoming weeks. If you are self-isolating and have ordered with us, please inform the customer service team and we will add specified delivery notes as to where to leave your goods.

Please be aware that all our products are manufactured in batches which means there may be a slight difference in colour /shade between each batch. We advise you to keep note of your batch numbers so we can get the correct product to you should you require any more.
With Summer fast approaching it can be tempting to cut panels outside in direct sunlight, please note panels are not to be cut outside in direct sunlight as this can discolour the panels.
Once you place an order, we will e-mail you to confirm that we have received it. All orders are dispatched within 5 working days from receipt of order.
STANDARD DELIVERY | Delivery is charged at £12.50 (inc. VAT) for all orders under £75.00 to mainland UK.
FREE DELIVERY | For orders over £75 delivery is free
NEXT DAY DISPATCH | Your order will be dispatched the next working day (Monday - Friday) with a delivery charge of £30
Please Note | We do not deliver outside the mainland UK, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland & Eire. For the Highlands & Isle of Wight please contact us for delivery prices, as these location are subject to incur extra carriage fees when shipped out via courier service.
Your order will be delivered at any time between 8am and 6pm, unfortunately we are unable to specify a specific time or time slot. If our carrier is unable to deliver, you will be able to contact the carrier to arrange re-delivery in most cases.
PLEASE NOTE - ARRANGING A FITTING SERVICE | We highly recommend that if you are not fitting the panels yourself, you arrange a fitting service after the panels have arrived at the delivery address and have been checked over for damages.
We do our utmost best and work to the highest standard to ensure that you receive your panels on time and in the condition you expect. However rarely sometimes incidents can occur. Therefore, we are not liable for any charges related to the scheduled Fitting of the wall panels due to damages or missed delivery date. We again highly recommend that you only schedule a fitting once you have received your panels.
ShowerWall Delivery Disclaimer Statement
All ShowerWall orders are subject to different shipping rates of the £75.00 delivery threshold. All ShowerWall orders come with a flat £50.00 delivery fee. On purchase we will send you a ShowerWall residential/site delivery disclaimer form which must be completed before delivery.
ShowerWall Brand Returns & Refunds
Please note for all ShowerWall returns - where you are changing your mind about your product(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, there will be a 20% Restocking Fee of the original sale price for ShowerWall branded products when an item(s) are returned to us. All returns must be thoroughly inspected when received back at our warehouse to ensure they are in 100% resalable condition. New packaging materials need to be utilised because it is typically only designed to be used two times (initial use and possible return shipment). Time and materials involved inspecting, repackaging and restocking have to be carried out.
Free Sample Deliveries
All samples are delivered using the Royal Mail 48 hour delivery service, you should allow 2-3 working days for your sample’s to arrive.
If you are not completely satisfied with your cladding products, you have 30 days to return your order to us (See returns section below) for a full refund.
You have the right to change your mind and return your product to us, unused, within 30 days of receiving your order.
Any packaging or security seals must be intact. You will be responsible for paying postage costs and arranging own return for unwanted item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned item(s).
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to let us know and we’ll arrange to refund or replace the item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned item(s).
The Panel Company cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged when being returned to us. Always obtain a Certificate of Posting and consider using a Signed For service.
Restocking Fee | For a buyer error or excess return request authorisation a Restocking Fee of 20% of the original sale price is applied. Time and materials involved in inspecting, repackaging, and restocking must be carried out.
