Our Company

The Panel Company (www.panelcompany.co.uk) is the UK’s leading supplier of shower panels, bathroom wall and ceiling panels along with feature walls, SPC flooring and bathroom furniture.

We are a family business, owned by husband-and-wife team Bev & Harry Cross and throughout the expansion of the business we have retained a strong personal commitment to service and have instilled this level of commitment to customer service throughout the business.

The background to the business was the acquisition of Décor Cladding Centre Limited in 2013, a small retailer based in the Northeast selling a limited range of ceiling panels through eBay and Amazon. Harry could see the potential of the market for bathroom panels as the quality and range of products was increasing significantly.

Our product range has now expanded to all interior wall panels, including feature wall panels, SPC flooring panels and bathroom furniture. And we now only retail through our own website and stores, providing a more personal level of service.

We now have the UK’s largest selection of high-quality wall panels, many designs exclusive to the Panel Company, and operate nationally with outlets in Bristol, Rotherham, Huddersfield, Durham and London and the South East. From this national network of retail and distribution centres we are uniquely able to deliver our panels on our own fleet throughout the UK. 100% of all deliveries are made on our own fleet with our own drivers, reducing damages and improving customer service.
