Black Friday Delivery

Due to the high demand during our Black Friday sale, deliveries may take longer than usual. We’re working hard to ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible, but please allow for some delays during this busy period. 

Thank you for your patience and understanding - we appreciate your support and can’t wait for you to enjoy your panels.

UK Wide Delivery:

Uniquely, we cover 100% of the Mainland UK* with our own fleet, reducing damages & offering a better customer service experience - from Aberdeen to Penzance, from Anglesey to Kent - all from our centrally located warehouses in London, Bristol, Huddersfield, Rotherham & Durham.

Batch Numbers:

Please be aware that all our products are manufactured in batches which means there may be a slight difference in colour /shade between each batch. We advise you to keep note of your batch numbers so we can get the correct product to you should you require any more.

Key Delivery Information

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email as well as contact details for the branch that your order is due to be dispatched from. You will also receive further communication should we need to transfer all or part of your order from another branch, as this can sometimes cause a delay. Finally, on the day before your delivery is due, you will receive an SMS notification with your time slot.

Regardless of your location, we aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days (max) from receipt of order.

BATHROOM DELIVERY INFORMATION |

All of our bathroom furniture is shipped directly from our manufacturer to ensure a quick and efficient delivery service. Any other items you have ordered will be sent separately but within the same time frame of 10 working days, You will receive a text on the night before delivery.

PLEASE NOTE - ARRANGING A FITTING SERVICE

We highly recommend that if you are not fitting the panels yourself, that you arrange a fitting service after the panels have arrived at the delivery address and have been checked over for damages. 


We do our utmost and work to the highest standard to ensure that you receive your panels on time and in the condition you expect. However, sometimes incidents such as picking errors or batch issues can occur. Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses because of problems with delivery or damages, in particular relating to pre-scheduled fitting of the wall panels due to damages or a missed delivery date.

We again strongly advise against booking installers until your full order has arrived and been checked over.

Shower Wall Delivery Information

ShowerWall Delivery Disclaimer Statement

All ShowerWall orders are subject to different shipping rates of the £49.00 delivery threshold. All ShowerWall orders come with a flat £50.00 delivery fee. On purchase we will send you a ShowerWall residential/site delivery disclaimer form which must be completed before delivery.

ShowerWall Brand Returns & Refunds

Please note for all ShowerWall returns - where you are changing your mind about your product(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, there will be a 20% Restocking Fee of the original sale price for ShowerWall branded products when an item(s) are returned to us. All returns must be thoroughly inspected when received back at our warehouse to ensure they are in 100% resalable condition. New packaging materials need to be utilised because it is typically only designed to be used two times (initial use and possible return shipment). Time and materials involved inspecting, repackaging and restocking have to be carried out.

When My Delivery Arrives


We will deliver your order to your front door. If you live in a block of flats, our drivers can only leave the goods in the foyer entrance on the ground floor. If you won't be available on the day of delivery and would like to leave the delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place, please inform us.

In some cases you will need to be in to receive delivery & a signature may be required, if you are not in when we try to deliver, a card will be left letting you know how to rearrange a suitable delivery date.

Delivery Prices:

STANDARD DELIVERY | Delivery is charged at £15 (inc. VAT) for all orders under £49.00 to mainland UK.

FREE DELIVERY | For orders over £49 delivery is free 

ShowerWall BRAND DELIVERY | A charge of £50 (inc. VAT) for ShowerWall products

MultiPanel BRAND DELIVERY | A Charge of £45 (inc. VAT) for MultiPanel products


BATHROOM FURNITURE DELIVERY | A charge of £50 (inc. VAT) for all Bathroom Furniture


Please Note - We do not deliver outside the mainland UK, these excluded locations include the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands & Isle of Wight.

All orders will be delivered at any time between 8am and 6pm, unfortunately we are unable to specify a specific time or time slot until the day before your delivery is due. If we are unable to deliver, in most cases you will be able to arrange re-delivery to suit you. Doorstep delivery only. 

Samples Delivery

Samples Delivery Charge:

Delivery Times:

All samples are delivered using the Royal Mail 48 hour delivery service, you should allow 2-3 working days for your sample’s to arrive. Sample delivery times may vary during busier periods.

Delivery Information

You have the right to change your mind and return your product to us, unused, within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Any packaging or security seals must be intact. You will be responsible for paying postage costs and arranging your own return for the unwanted item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned item(s).

Please Note: If you are unable to arrange your return we can collect the return for you at a cost of £30 This is increased to £50 For the Following Postcodes: AB,PH,PA. The Panel Company cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged when being returned to us. Always obtain a Certificate of Posting and consider using a Signed For service. Damages & Defects

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to let us know and we will assess the damage. If your damage request is accepted, we will arrange to refund or replace the item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned item(s).

If you suspect that an item you have received is faulty or defective, please contact info@panelcompany.co.uk and you will be provided with additional information regarding our fault reporting procedure.

Reporting Damages:
Please send an email to damages@panelcompany.co.uk with your order number, quantity of damaged goods & images so that we can process replacements.

 What Damages Will be accepted?

  • Damages Caused before and during delivery (Panel Company Arranged Delivery’s only, we are not responsible for damages via a 3rd party courier arranged by the customer).
  • Damages During handling by ourselves.
  • Damages are found after opening the packaging and is reported using any of our contact portals within 24 Hours.
  • Manufacturing defects Within 6 Months, any manufacturing defects after this it is up to you to prove it was faulty at the time of purchase or delivery. 

What Damages Will Not be accepted?

The list includes the most common reasons why a damage may be denied however all requests will be looked at on a case-by-case basis.

  • Damages caused by Mishandling by the customer
  • Damages caused during fitting
  • Miscuts or mis-measures
  • Direct UV Damage caused by cutting panels in direct sunlight outside
  • Damages Caused by improper Cleaning (See our Cleaning guide)
  • Damages caused by improper storing of the Items (See our Storing Guide)
  • Physical damage not caused during shipping knocks, bangs, or burns

We are also not responsible for any damages due to the following:

  • An Act of God
  • Seizure under legal process
  • Riots, Civil Commotion or unrest, demonstrations, strike or lockouts (general or partial stoppage
  • Any consequence of war, terrorism and kindred risks

If your Damages request has been accepted and you have opted for a refund The Panel Company is not liable for any other charges relating to the order. This includes but is not limited to the following

  • Fitting Charges / Scheduled work deposits
  • Fuel Costs / 3rd Party Delivery We will offer a return Label for Damages if we are found at fault, We will not refund any delivery charges where the customer has chosen a 3rd party
  • Loss of earnings
  • Any incurring damages as a result of the product other than the product itself

I've Recived My Order What Next? 

If you are ready to install your panels straight away then please head to the cutting and fitting section. 

Storing Your Panels:

Once you have received your wall panels, if you are not ready to use them right away you can store the wall panels using the following guide. Please fully inspect the wall panels for any damages and report them within 24 hours. 

Store Shower panels & Wall Panels indoors in a cool dry place. Panels Can not be stored outside. ( Although the panels are waterproof to clean drinking water they are not protected against weather elements such as acid rain)

- Ensure they are stored flat to prevent the boards from flexing.

- Try to protect the corners from knocks or bangs.  

Cutting and Fitting Your Panels:

Cut Panels Indoors:

Please Note: While panels are PVC, Panels are not UV protected and therefore should be cut indoors away from direct sunlight. failure to do so may result in damage to the panels not covered by your warranty.
