BATHROOM DELIVERY INFORMATION

All of our bathroom furniture is shipped directly from our manufacturer to ensure a quick and efficient delivery service. any other items you have ordered will be sent separately but within the same time frame of 5 working days, You will receive a text on the night before delivery.

Once you place an order, we will email you to confirm that we have received it. All orders are dispatched within 10 working days from receipt of order.

BATHROOM FURNITURE DELIVERY PRICES | 

BATHROOM FURNITURE DELIVERY | A charge of £50 (inc. VAT) is applied for all Bathroom Furniture, to mainland UK. 

NEXT DAY DISPATCH | Due to the Size and nature of this item we do not hold stock in our warehouses therefore Next Day Dispatch is unavailable for Bathroom Furniture. 

PLEASE NOTE - ARRANGING A FITTING SERVICE | 

We highly recommend that if you are not fitting the Furniture yourself that you arrange your fitting service AFTER you have received your bathroom furniture and have checked it over for any transit damage that might have occurred.

We do our utmost best and work to the highest standard to ensure that you receive your Bathroom Furniture on time and in the condition you expect. However rarely sometimes incidents can occur. Therefore, we are not liable for any charges related to the scheduled Fitting of the wall panels due to damages or missed delivery dates. We again highly recommend that you only schedule a fitting once you have received your bathroom furniture.

Unwanted Goods / Cancellations |

If you have made a mistake on your order or need to cancel your order please notify us As soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched you will receive a full refund for the cancelled items. 

If your order has been dispatched or delivered. We must charge a restocking fee. This is required to check the item and ensure it is fit for resale and to return to the manufacturer. The Restocking fees for items are as follows:

PLEASE NOTE: Unless damaged, faulty or missing parts all custom orders For example RAL radiators are non-returnable This is because these items are built and painted to your specification and therefore cannot be resold or would have a significant reduction in value

Restocking Fee: 15%

REPORTING DAMAGES | 

Being such large heavy items sometimes damages can occur If your goods arrive damaged, we recommend you reject the goods and the driver will return them to our warehouse. Please mark the delivery paperwork so the warehouse knows what items you are returning. if the damage is not visible on delivery please ensure you contact us within 48 hours to notify us of the damages and we will investigate further. You will need to provide proof of the damages via email. Send any photos of damaged goods (Including your order number) to -
