Soft, earthy and effortlessly calm, the STRIVO Lifestyle Soft Clay Acoustic Slat Wall Panel is the neutral with a bit more warmth. This solid colour slat panel from the STRIVO Lifestyle Collection sits in that sweet spot between stone, sand and taupe, a muted clay tone that relaxes a room instead of shouting over it.
Look at it on a bedroom wall and you'll see why it works so well. The finish is one even shade from slat to slat, with no wood grain or pattern, and the black acoustic felt between the slats gives it a fine, tailored line. Run it behind a headboard, along a landing or across a living room wall and it adds texture and structure while keeping the mood gentle. It's a lovely partner for white bedding, natural oak, rattan, linen and warm lighting.
Quiet rooms feel better, and the felt backing helps get you there. It absorbs sound instead of bouncing it around, taking the edge off echo in spaces with hard floors and bare walls. That makes it a thoughtful choice for bedrooms, lounges, home offices and open-plan living, anywhere you want a softer, more restful atmosphere.
Fitting is easy. The panels are lightweight and simple to position, and fix to a prepared wall with construction adhesive or mechanical fixings. The slats meet neatly from one panel to the next, so a wider wall finishes as one clean, continuous run.
Why choose STRIVO Lifestyle Soft Clay
- Solid colour, no painting needed. A soft, consistent clay finish across every slat, ready to fit and enjoy.
- Calm, restful look. A warm, muted neutral that adds depth and texture without overpowering a room.
- Acoustic felt backing. Black felt helps absorb sound and soften echo in hard-surfaced rooms.
- Easy to style. Sits happily with white and cream, natural timber, soft greens, black accents and warm metallics.
- Smooth, easy-care finish. Wipes clean with a soft, damp cloth.
- Simple to install. Fixes with adhesive or mechanical fixings, with no specialist tools or joinery skills needed.
- Tidy, continuous lines. Slats align across panels for an uninterrupted finish on larger walls.
- Part of the STRIVO Lifestyle Collection. Designed to sit alongside the other solid colours in the range, so you can layer or colour-block with ease.
Dust your Strivo Acoustic Slat Panel weekly with a soft, dry microfibre cloth, and wipe away any marks with a barely damp cloth followed by immediate drying.
Avoid soaking the panel, using abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, or steam cleaners, as excess moisture can damage the acoustic felt backing and affect its performance.
Keep the panel away from direct heat sources and check fixings periodically to ensure it stays securely mounted. If odours occur, ventilate the room rather than spraying products directly onto the panel.
