Installation -
Prior to installation the panels must be placed on a flat surface for 24hrs in the room where they will be installed, in order to acclimatise with the ambient temperature and humidity of the room. The wall you are intend to apply the panel should be smooth and dry.
Maintenance -
Periodic dusting and vacuuming helps to maintain the panels appearance. When vacuuming use a low suction setting and a soft brush attachment. To avoid discolouration and warping avoid installing panels in a location that is subject to prolonged periods of direct sunlight or heat.

At The Panel Company, we offer free delivery on orders over £75 and orders to mainland UK that fall under £75 are charged with a delivery fee of £15.00* Once placed, you will receive a confirmation email and your full order will be packaged and dispatched within 4-7 working days.
Should you change your mind about your chosen product/s, you may return your order to us at your own cost within 30 working days of it being received, provided it is in its original condition and no packaging or security seals have been broken. In the rare event that your order has been incorrectly fulfilled, or is damaged or faulty in any way, we can organise a refund or replacement, please simply contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
